Sena Terzi is the Founder and Director of Venus Consultancy Ltd, a London-based business and technology consultancy dedicated to helping businesses grow through strategy, innovation, marketing, and artificial intelligence.

Originally from Türkiye, Sena moved to London independently in 2021 with a vision of building her own consultancy and supporting businesses in achieving sustainable growth. Since then, she has worked with entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies, helping them develop stronger business strategies, improve their marketing, and embrace digital transformation.

Before relocating to the UK, Sena graduated from Arnavutköy Korkmaz Yiğit Anatolian High School, one of Türkiye's well-established academic high schools, before earning a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Uludağ University. Throughout her university education, she built a strong analytical foundation through intensive coursework in data analysis, statistics, finance, economics, and business modelling. Alongside her academic studies, she continuously invested in professional development through additional certification programmes while gaining hands-on experience in marketing and business operations during her early career. This combination of analytical education and practical business experience shaped her strategic approach to solving complex business challenges.

Over the years, Sena has developed extensive expertise across business strategy, marketing, financial planning, and digital transformation, enabling her to help businesses make informed, data-driven decisions while identifying new opportunities for sustainable growth.

As artificial intelligence began transforming industries, Sena expanded her expertise into AI and modern product development, integrating intelligent technologies into both her consulting services and digital business solutions. Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution, enabling businesses to adapt to rapidly evolving markets and emerging technologies.

Alongside her consulting career, Sena is also the founder of Kolly, an AI-powered relationship platform designed to bring psychology, relationship science, personality insights, and technology together in an engaging digital experience. Building Kolly has further strengthened her expertise in product strategy, AI workflows, user experience, startup development, and AI-powered product design.

Today, through Venus Consultancy Ltd, Sena helps businesses turn ambitious ideas into scalable, innovative, and technology-driven solutions.
